ControlPulse

ControlPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small-to-mid sized companies that need internal controls evidence but can’t justify GRC suites. It turns recurring controls (approvals, reconciliations, access reviews, vendor onboarding, journal entry checks) into scheduled “control runs” with assigned owners, due dates, and required evidence types. Users upload evidence or connect sources (e.g., accounting exports) and the app auto-checks completeness, flags missing artifacts, and maintains an immutable audit trail. An AI layer summarizes evidence, drafts control narratives, and pre-fills test steps for auditors—while keeping humans accountable for sign-off. The goal is not to replace auditors; it’s to stop last-minute audit fire drills, reduce control failures, and make management reviews consistently documented. It includes a lightweight risk/control library and simple reporting for SOC 2 readiness and financial audit support.
