It also creates a compliance-ready history for anyone who needs it (caterers, meal prep, cottage food operators). This is not magic: it won’t “fix” a bad appliance, and accuracy depends on the sensor you use. But it will tell you when your gear is lying to you and when it’s time to service or replace.
