Users create a simple inventory of key items (knives, pans, meal-prep containers, small appliances) by scanning a QR label they stick on the item. The app logs who last checked it out, where it was last seen, and sends reminders when items haven’t returned. It supports shared spaces like dorms, coworking offices, and Airbnb hosts who need to track what disappears between stays. This is not a magical ‘find my spoon’ app—if people ignore the process, it won’t work. But for groups that already have friction and want accountability, it creates a lightweight system that reduces disputes, replacement costs, and time wasted searching.
