CookieSentry is a web app (with a lightweight browser extension) that continuously audits your website’s third-party scripts—analytics, ad pixels, chat widgets, A/B testing—so you can see what data is actually being collected and where it’s sent. It runs scheduled, headless “user journeys” through key pages, records network calls, cookies/localStorage writes, and fingerprinting signals, then flags violations against your stated consent configuration (CMP) and internal privacy rules. The output is a prioritized, developer-ready report: which vendor fired before consent, which endpoints received identifiers, what changed since last deploy, and the exact script/tag responsible. It’s not a magic compliance button; it’s a practical leak detector that reduces blind spots created by marketing tags and frequent site changes. Best fit: small-to-mid teams that can’t afford enterprise privacy platforms but still face GDPR/CPRA risk.
