CookProof

CookProof is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps backyard grillers reliably reproduce great cooks by capturing the real variables that recipes ignore: grill setup, fuel type, vent positions, ambient weather, lid-open events, and timing. Instead of pretending every grill behaves the same, it builds a personal “grill profile” per cooker and learns what actually works in your yard. You log a cook in under a minute using quick taps and photo prompts, then the app generates a repeatable playbook: target temps, when to wrap, when to spritz, and estimated finish windows. It also includes a simple “what changed?” compare view between two cooks so you can diagnose why brisket dried out or chicken skin went rubbery. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional logging and timers plus AI-assisted pattern finding and summaries.
