CoOpCaddy

CoOpCaddy is a web + mobile app that helps homeschool co-ops handle the messy logistics that burn out volunteer organizers: class sign-ups, rotating teaching schedules, room assignments, supply lists, attendance, and simple payments. Parents can browse a session catalog, enroll kids with capacity limits, and see a clean weekly plan. Organizers get conflict detection (double-booked rooms/teachers), waitlists, and one-click broadcast messages. The AI layer is optional: it can draft a term schedule from constraints (available rooms, teacher availability, age bands) and generate printable rosters and supply checklists. This is not a full curriculum platform; it’s the operations tool co-ops actually need to keep running. Pricing is per co-op per month, with a free tier for very small groups to reduce adoption friction.
