CoopCoach
CoopCoach is a mobile + tablet game hub built around short, cooperative mini-games designed for kids ages 7–12. Instead of rewarding speed or domination, each game requires two to four players to coordinate roles (builder, navigator, timekeeper, clue-giver) to succeed. A lightweight AI “coach” listens to in-game choices (not open voice chat) and offers kid-friendly prompts like “Try taking turns” or “Ask for a plan,” helping kids practice collaboration without exposing them to toxic multiplayer chat. Parents get simple controls: session length limits, friend-only lobbies, and a weekly skills snapshot (e.g., turn-taking, persistence) based on gameplay events. The content is intentionally small-scope: 3–5 polished games that feel like party games, not a sprawling metaverse. Monetization is realistic: a low-cost family subscription for new games and seasonal challenge packs, with a free tier that’s actually usable.
