CoPBridge

CoPBridge is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps communities of practice capture what they learn and turn it into lightweight, searchable playbooks. Instead of endless threads and meeting notes, it structures knowledge into “Patterns” (problem, context, steps, pitfalls, examples) and “Decisions” (what we chose, why, and when it applies). An AI assistant summarizes discussions, proposes pattern drafts, and flags duplicates, but humans approve everything to avoid hallucinated guidance. The app also tracks participation and outcomes: which patterns are used, where they helped, and what needs updating. It’s built for real-world CoPs that meet monthly and forget what was decided. The goal is not another chat tool; it’s a practical memory system that makes community knowledge usable by newcomers and adjacent teams.
