CoPlayCal

CoPlayCal is a mobile + web app that helps parents coordinate playdates using availability matching, lightweight RSVPs, and location-aware suggestions. Instead of endless texting, each family sets recurring “free windows” (after school, weekends) and preferred play styles (park, indoor, quiet, high-energy). Hosts propose a few time slots; the app auto-picks the best slot based on overlaps and travel time, then confirms with one-tap RSVPs. It includes kid profiles (age, allergies, drop-off rules), a simple “trusted circle” model (invite-only), and a post-playdate note to remember what worked (snack preferences, nap time boundaries). It’s intentionally not a social network: no public discovery, no feeds, and no pressure to perform. Monetization is a freemium subscription for advanced scheduling, multiple circles, and shared calendars.
