CoPScorecard

CoPScorecard is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for measuring whether a community of practice is actually producing outcomes. It connects to Slack/Teams, Google Drive/SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence to capture activity signals, then turns them into a simple “health + impact” dashboard: participation trends, unanswered questions, time-to-first-help, reusable assets created, and adoption of shared practices. It also supports quarterly pulse surveys and lightweight outcome tracking (e.g., reduced incident rate, faster onboarding, fewer duplicate efforts) tied to specific community initiatives. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes recurring problems, auto-tags discussions into topics, and drafts monthly community reports, but the core value is the measurement framework and integrations. It’s built for leaders who need to justify budget and for facilitators who need to know what to improve next week.
