CoRegulate

CoRegulate is a mobile app (with a lightweight parent web dashboard) that helps parents and kids build a shared “calm plan” for high-stress moments like bedtime battles, school refusal, and public meltdowns. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: parents answer a short intake about triggers, routines, and what’s already been tried; the app generates a simple, age-appropriate plan with 3–5 steps, scripts parents can say, and a quick de-escalation timer. Kids use a minimal, non-addictive interface: a single tap to pick a feeling, then a guided activity (breathing, grounding, movement) that matches the plan. The app tracks what was attempted and whether it helped, then adjusts recommendations over time. It’s not therapy and doesn’t pretend to diagnose—its value is practical, repeatable routines that reduce chaos at home.
