CorpQuest

CorpQuest is a mobile-first (with web companion) community app that helps employees navigate corporate life through gamified, bite-sized “quests” tied to real workplace problems: unclear expectations, meeting overload, difficult stakeholders, burnout, and career stagnation. Users pick a track (New Manager, IC Growth, Burnout Reset, Politics & Influence) and complete weekly quests like “write a one-sentence role charter,” “run a 15-minute meeting redesign,” or “practice a boundary script.” Each quest earns XP, badges, and streaks, but the core value is peer support: anonymous squads, office-scenario playbooks, and structured “Ask for Help” posts that prompt context and desired outcome. A lightweight coach-bot helps users reframe issues and suggests next quests, while community moderators keep advice actionable and safe. Companies can optionally sponsor private workspaces with aggregated, privacy-safe insights.
