Corticoach

Corticoach is a mobile AI + traditional app that helps people cope with stress in the exact moment it happens, not just during scheduled “wellness time.” Users log a stress spike in 10 seconds (what happened, intensity, context). The app then delivers a 60–180 second intervention matched to the situation: boundary scripts for difficult coworkers, breathing patterns for panic symptoms, cognitive reframes for rumination, or a “next best action” checklist for overwhelm. It learns what actually works for you by tracking quick outcomes (did stress drop, did you follow through) and builds a personal playbook you can reuse. A weekly “stress map” shows triggers, times, and environments that reliably spike stress, with practical experiments to reduce exposure or increase coping capacity. It avoids vague inspiration and focuses on measurable, repeatable coping behaviors.
