CortisolLog

CortisolLog is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps people reduce stress by treating it like a measurable system instead of a feel-good journal. You log short “stress events” in under 20 seconds: trigger, context (work, family, money), body signals, and what you did next. The app automatically detects patterns (time of day, meetings, sleep debt, caffeine, specific people) and gives blunt, practical recommendations: what to stop doing, what to change, and what to schedule. It also includes a 2-minute “de-escalation protocol” library (breathing, grounding, micro-walks, scripts for saying no) tailored to your most common triggers. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes patterns and suggests interventions, but the core value is fast logging and ruthless clarity. If you don’t log, it can’t help—so it’s built to be frictionless.
