CortisolMap

CortisolMap is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps users identify their personal stress triggers using short check-ins plus passive context signals. Instead of generic breathing exercises, it builds a “stress heatmap” across time, locations, calendar patterns, sleep, and activity, then recommends small, testable coping experiments (e.g., change meeting timing, commute route, caffeine cutoff, notification windows). The app focuses on behavior change: you pick one hypothesis per week, track outcomes, and see whether stress scores actually drop. It supports manual input only if you want it, but it works better when connected to Apple Health/Google Fit and your calendar. It’s not therapy, and it won’t replace clinical care; it’s a practical self-tracking tool for people who want evidence about what’s actually stressing them out and what genuinely helps.
