CoStreamKit

CoStreamKit is a web + desktop app that lets two or more creators run a synchronized co-stream where each person can broadcast to their own channel(s) while sharing a clean, low-latency “stage” feed and unified show controls. Instead of handing out OBS scenes, Discord calls, and a mess of browser sources, hosts create a session link, invite guests, and get a consistent layout, audio leveling, and a shared rundown (segments, timers, links, sponsor reads). It also handles practical collaboration: per-guest volume gates, echo checks, role-based permissions (host/producer/guest), and a “panic switch” to instantly cut a guest if something goes wrong. The goal is not to replace Twitch/YouTube/TikTok Live, but to make multi-creator shows actually manageable and repeatable for small teams. Monetization is SaaS: per-host subscription plus optional per-event passes.
