CountCraft

CountCraft is a web + mobile app for creating clear countdowns tied to real milestones, not vague dates. Users build a timeline (launch, exam, move, wedding, fundraiser, product release) and break it into milestone checkpoints with dependencies, buffers, and “confidence levels.” The app auto-generates a simple daily/weekly plan and shows a single “on-track / at-risk” indicator based on what’s completed, not wishful thinking. It integrates with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar to place milestone reminders where people actually look. A lightweight AI assistant can suggest milestone breakdowns from a goal description and estimate realistic time buffers using common patterns (e.g., shipping, visa processing, study plans), but the core product works without AI. The focus is speed, clarity, and accountability—without becoming a full project management tool.
