CounterBrief is a web + mobile AI-assisted decision and negotiation workspace for employees facing a counteroffer after resigning. It guides users through a structured reality-check: compensation vs. role growth, manager trust, workload, retention risk, and how often counteroffers actually fix the root problem. Users enter their current offer, counteroffer terms, and non-cash factors; the app generates a plain-English risk memo, a decision scorecard, and a short negotiation script tailored to their situation. It also includes a “paper trail” builder: confirm-in-writing templates, meeting recap emails, and a checklist for what must be explicitly documented (title, comp effective date, scope, reporting line, review timeline). The goal isn’t hype—it’s reducing impulsive decisions and preventing vague promises from trapping users in a worse situation six months later.
