CounterScript is a web + mobile AI-assisted negotiation prep tool for employees facing a counteroffer decision (stay vs leave) and needing to respond fast. Users enter their current comp, the external offer, the counteroffer terms, role scope, commute/remote details, and non-compete risks. The app generates a clear decision brief (financial delta, risk flags, and “what changes in 90 days” checklist) plus message templates for: accepting the counter, declining professionally, asking for specific terms, or buying time. It also includes a reality-check module that highlights common counteroffer traps (vague promises, retention-only raises, title inflation) and prompts users to request written terms. This isn’t a magic salary booster; it’s a structured way to avoid emotional decisions and reduce the chance of burning bridges while protecting leverage.
