CourseForge is a mobile + web app for orienteering course setters and event directors who need to build courses quickly without compromising fairness or safety. You import an OCAD/PDF map or a georeferenced image, sketch candidate legs, and the app flags common problems: unsafe crossings, overly similar control circles, unfair route-choice traps, and congestion risks near controls. It also generates printable control descriptions, start lists, and a simple competitor briefing pack. This is not magic: it won’t replace an experienced planner, and it won’t “solve” terrain quality. But it can eliminate hours of repetitive checking and reduce avoidable mistakes that lead to protests or accidents. Monetization is straightforward: per-event pricing for clubs plus a modest annual plan for frequent organizers.
