CourseSync is a mobile + web AI-assisted service pacing and guest-intel app for fine-dining restaurants. It connects reservations, POS, and kitchen tickets to build a live “table timeline” that predicts when each course should fire, flags pacing drift, and surfaces critical guest notes (allergies, anniversaries, VIP preferences) at the exact moment staff need them. Instead of generic dashboards, it gives actionable prompts: hold the next course because the table is slow, expedite because theater timing is slipping, or alert the chef about a last-minute dietary change. The goal is fewer awkward gaps, fewer comped items, and more consistent experiences across shifts. Realistically, it won’t magically fix bad operations; it works best for restaurants already disciplined enough to follow a system, and it requires clean integrations and staff buy-in to deliver value.
