CourtCast
CourtCast is a mobile + web AI app that turns a single smartphone recording into usable game film and shareable highlights for amateur team sports (basketball, volleyball, futsal, hockey). Mount the phone, hit record, and the app auto-detects possessions, shots, goals, and “moment spikes” (crowd noise, sudden motion, scoreboard changes if visible). After the game, it produces a timeline with clips, a simple highlight reel, and player-tagged moments you can correct in seconds. Coaches get a lightweight review view (key sequences, turnovers, shot locations when possible), while players/parents get clean clips without manual scrubbing. It’s intentionally not a full analytics platform; it’s fast video output with just enough structure to be useful. Monetization: team subscriptions plus pay-per-reel for parents. Realistically, accuracy will vary by sport and camera angle, so the product is built around quick human correction instead of pretending it’s perfect.
