CourtProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps attorneys, paralegals, and self-represented litigants assemble court-ready exhibit and filing packages with fewer avoidable rejections. Users select jurisdiction, case type, and filing method (eFile or paper). The app generates a practical, step-by-step checklist: required forms, exhibit labeling rules, page limits, redaction reminders, service requirements, and common clerk rejection reasons. It also includes a “package audit” flow that flags missing signatures, inconsistent captions, incorrect exhibit numbering, and incomplete certificates of service before submission. This is not a magic legal advice tool; it’s a compliance and packaging assistant that reduces back-and-forth with clerks and last-minute scrambles. The product succeeds only if it stays narrow: high-volume filing types (e.g., small claims, family motions, eviction responses) in a limited set of jurisdictions with frequently changing rules.
