CourtPulse

CourtPulse is a web + mobile booking and scheduling app for sports venues that lose money to last-minute cancellations and no-shows. It adds a lightweight “revenue protection” layer on top of normal reservations: configurable deposits, cancellation windows, and an automated waitlist that instantly offers newly opened slots to the next best customers. The app also supports split payments for group bookings (each player pays their share), reducing the common problem where one organizer eats the cost and cancels. For operators, CourtPulse provides a simple dashboard showing utilization, cancellation reasons, and which time slots need pricing nudges. It integrates with Stripe for payments and can sync availability to Google Calendar. This is not magic—venues still need decent operations—but it directly targets the most expensive scheduling failure: unused prime-time inventory.
