CourtPulse
CourtPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that gives courts and justice partners a clean, real-time operational view of case flow without replacing the incumbent case management system. It connects via API, database views, or scheduled exports to pull core events (filings, hearings, continuances, warrants, service returns) and turns them into dashboards, alerts, and workload queues. The AI layer classifies incoming documents into standardized event types, flags missing prerequisites (e.g., no proof of service before hearing), and predicts calendar risk (overbooked dockets, aging cases, continuance loops). The product focuses on “day-of-court” execution: what’s happening today, what’s blocked, and what will blow up next week. It also produces audit-friendly reports for leadership and funding bodies. This is not glamorous software, but it targets measurable throughput and fewer clerical fire drills.
