CourtRunner

CourtRunner is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps solo and small law firms manage court deadlines and filing requirements with far fewer mistakes. Users enter a case number, jurisdiction, and key dates; the app generates a deadline calendar, reminders, and a checklist of common filing steps (service, proof of service, formatting rules, local cover sheets). The AI component summarizes court notices/orders and flags action items, but it does not “practice law” or draft substantive arguments—its job is to reduce clerical misses. Integrations with email and calendar keep everything in one place, and a simple audit trail shows who acknowledged each task. Realistically, the value is in preventing costly blowups (missed deadlines, rejected filings, sanctions) rather than “making lawyers faster” in vague ways. It’s not glamorous, but it’s the kind of operational tool firms actually pay for when it saves them once.
