CourtSplit is a mobile + web app for small-group sports (tennis, pickleball, futsal, basketball) that makes booking and paying for shared courts painless. One person creates a session, selects a venue/time, and invites players; the app collects each player’s share up front, confirms the booking, and automatically refunds/charges based on cancellation rules. It also handles substitutes: if someone drops, the spot can be offered to a waitlist with instant payment capture. For venues, CourtSplit provides a lightweight booking widget and payout dashboard, reducing front-desk calls and last-minute gaps. This is not a “find random pickup games” app—it's a logistics and money app for groups who already play but constantly waste time chasing payments and dealing with flakes. Monetization: per-transaction fee + venue SaaS tier.
