It centralizes dates, headcounts, budgets, lodging, and meal planning in one place, with lightweight roles (host, treasurer, cooks, drivers) so responsibilities don’t fall on one person. The app includes a shared family directory, simple polls for date/location decisions, and a “who’s bringing what” potluck board. It also supports split payments for shared expenses (rental house, groceries, activities) and keeps receipts in one thread so money arguments don’t derail the event. This is not a social network; it’s an operations tool for families who only coordinate a few times a year but need it to go smoothly. Optional AI helps draft agendas, reminders, and task assignments based on past events.
