The app generates lender-ready monthly reporting packs, tracks waiver requests, and keeps a timeline of covenant definitions, amendments, and calculation methods so teams don’t scramble during close. It’s a combination app: traditional rules-based calculations plus AI to extract covenant definitions from loan agreements, map them to data fields, and explain variances in plain language. This is not a magic “fix your finances” tool—it’s a focused risk radar that reduces nasty surprises, rushed negotiations, and expensive advisor time.
