CovenantIQ is a web app (with optional desktop add-in) that helps credit and risk teams continuously monitor counterparty health using the signals they already have: covenant compliance, collateral movements, margin calls, payment behavior, and exposure concentration. It ingests data from spreadsheets, SFTP drops, and common systems, then normalizes it into a single counterparty profile with a clear “why now” risk narrative. The AI layer summarizes changes, flags anomalies (e.g., sudden collateral haircut changes, repeated settlement fails), and drafts escalation notes for internal committees. This is not a magic default-prediction engine; it’s a workflow tool that reduces blind spots and speeds up decisioning. The product succeeds only if it integrates cleanly, produces fewer false alarms than existing dashboards, and gives auditors a traceable trail of what was known and when.
