It ingests target-company contracts (leases, customer MSAs, debt docs, vendor agreements), extracts change-of-control clauses, consent requirements, assignment restrictions, termination triggers, and notice periods, then builds a prioritized “consent and risk” register. The app generates outreach checklists, deadlines, and evidence packs for lenders, landlords, and strategic customers. It also flags missing documents and inconsistent terms across versions, forcing teams to resolve gaps early. This is not a replacement for counsel; it’s a workflow and visibility layer that reduces the most common, expensive mistake: discovering a required consent or default trigger after signing.
