The app generates lender-ready PDFs, tracks reporting deadlines, and logs communications so nothing gets lost when staff turns over. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to parse covenant language from loan docs and map it to the right calculations, but the core value is reliable, auditable math and workflow. Realistically, adoption hinges on trust, so the product must be conservative, transparent, and easy to verify.
