CovenantKit

CovenantKit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps investment banking and leveraged finance teams extract, track, and evidence debt covenant compliance across portfolio companies and transactions. Upload credit agreements, amendments, and compliance certificates; the AI parses key covenant definitions, baskets, ratios, testing dates, cure rights, and reporting requirements into a structured dashboard. It then generates a calendar of deliverables, flags upcoming tests, and maintains an audit trail of source clauses and supporting documents. The product is designed for real workflows: multiple facilities per borrower, amendment history, and lender/agent reporting packages. It also supports “what changed” comparisons between versions and a controlled review process so lawyers/bankers can approve extracted terms before they’re relied on. This is not a magic autopilot—it's a speed and risk-reduction tool that still keeps humans in control.
