CovenantOps

CovenantOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for commercial banks to track, validate, and escalate loan covenant compliance without living in spreadsheets and email threads. It centralizes covenant definitions, reporting schedules, borrower submissions, and supporting documents, then runs automated checks (ratio calculations, threshold tests, missing-data flags) and routes exceptions to the right relationship manager and credit officer. An AI layer reads borrower financial statements and compliance certificates, extracts key line items, and highlights inconsistencies versus prior periods and underwriting assumptions. The product is realistic: it won’t “predict defaults” reliably, but it will reduce missed deadlines, manual rework, and audit pain. It also creates an audit-ready trail of who reviewed what, when, and why—useful for internal credit review and regulators. Integrations focus on pulling borrower financials and pushing tasks/alerts into existing bank workflows rather than replacing core systems.
