CoverCheck is a mobile + web app that helps renters instantly generate, validate, and share renters-insurance proof that actually matches a lease’s requirements. Users upload their policy PDF or forward the declaration email; the app extracts key fields (liability limits, deductible, address, additional interest, effective dates) and flags mismatches against a landlord/property manager’s required template. It then produces a clean “Lease-Ready Proof” link and PDF, with one-tap sharing to property managers and auto-reminders before renewal/cancellation. Property managers get a lightweight portal to request proof, track compliance by unit, and receive alerts when a policy lapses. This is not a carrier replacement; it’s a compliance and verification layer that reduces back-and-forth, move-in delays, and disputes. Monetization: renter freemium (free proof + reminders; paid for multi-property, storage, and priority support) and B2B per-unit pricing for property managers.
