CPAPBuddy

CPAPBuddy is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps people actually stick with CPAP therapy by turning messy sleep data into clear, actionable fixes. It pulls nightly metrics from compatible CPAP sources (where available) and pairs them with a quick morning check-in (mask comfort, leaks, dryness, awakenings, alcohol, congestion). The app flags the most likely cause of a bad night—like mouth leak, pressure discomfort, or humidity issues—and gives step-by-step troubleshooting tailored to your setup (mask type, humidifier, sleeping position). It also tracks adherence for insurance requirements and creates a simple “doctor-ready” report you can share before appointments. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes patterns and suggests next actions, but the core value is structured tracking, reminders, and practical guidance. It won’t magically cure sleep apnea; it just makes CPAP less miserable and more consistent.
