CPAPBuddy

CPAPBuddy is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps CPAP users actually improve sleep by turning confusing therapy data into clear, actionable fixes. It connects to common CPAP data sources (via SD card import or supported cloud integrations where available) and combines that with a short daily check-in: mask comfort, leaks, dryness, congestion, bedtime alcohol, and sleep position. The app flags the most likely reasons your night went poorly (e.g., mouth leak, pressure intolerance, humidity mismatch) and gives a simple, step-by-step plan for tonight—without pretending to replace a clinician. It also generates a concise “doctor-ready” report you can share before appointments, reducing the endless back-and-forth. This is not a generic sleep tracker; it’s a practical troubleshooting companion for a specific, high-friction therapy that millions abandon.
