CptyLedger
CptyLedger is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that centralizes counterparty risk evidence into a single, time-stamped “risk ledger.” Instead of another generic scorecard, it focuses on auditability: every rating change is tied to a source document, email, covenant report, news item, or internal note, with who-approved-what recorded. It ingests financial statements, covenant certificates, credit memos, and exposure files, then produces a clean counterparty dossier and renewal-ready pack. An AI layer extracts key fields (liquidity, leverage, covenant headroom), flags missing documents, and drafts concise risk-change narratives for committees—while keeping humans in control of final ratings. Realistically, it won’t replace enterprise risk platforms; it wins by being lightweight, fast to deploy, and brutally transparent about why a counterparty’s risk view changed over time.
