CptyPulse is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that helps finance teams spot counterparty deterioration early using lightweight, explainable signals. It connects to your AR/AP, treasury, and trading counterparties list, then continuously monitors payment behavior (DSO drift, dispute frequency, partial payments), exposure concentration, and external indicators like credit rating changes, sanctions lists, and adverse news. It produces a simple risk score per counterparty, a short “why this changed” explanation, and a prioritized action queue (tighten terms, reduce limits, request collateral, pause shipments). This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules handle deterministic controls (limits, policy checks), while AI summarizes news and extracts entity matches to reduce manual review. It’s realistic: it won’t predict black swans, but it will reduce missed warning signs and improve documentation for audits and credit committees.
