CptyRadar is a web app (with optional desktop agent) for continuous counterparty risk monitoring and early-warning alerts. It consolidates exposure by legal entity, netting set, and product, then overlays external signals like CDS spreads, equity drawdowns, rating actions, sanctions/PEP hits, and adverse news. The app produces a simple “why now” risk narrative so risk teams can act fast: tighten limits, demand collateral, pause trading, or escalate to credit committee. It’s not a magic crystal ball—data is messy and false positives happen—so the product focuses on transparency: every alert links to the underlying sources and shows how it moved your internal exposure profile. MVP starts with a few high-value data feeds and integrates with common trade/exposure exports (CSV/SFTP/API) rather than trying to replace existing risk engines.
