CptySignal
CptySignal is a web app (with optional desktop connector) that monitors counterparty health and exposure drift across trading, treasury, and procurement relationships. It pulls in internal exposure data (trades, invoices, limits, collateral) and combines it with external signals (credit spreads, ratings changes, news, sanctions, corporate filings) to produce a simple, auditable “watchlist with reasons.” The core value is not fancy dashboards; it’s timely, explainable alerts that reduce surprise losses and scramble-driven limit changes. The product focuses on fast setup via connectors (CSV/SFTP/API), configurable thresholds, and a clear workflow: detect → triage → document → escalate. AI is used selectively for entity resolution (matching legal entities to data sources) and for summarizing why a counterparty’s risk moved, with citations. It’s realistic: it won’t predict defaults, but it will surface deterioration earlier and more consistently than manual monitoring.
