CraftLedger is a mobile + web app that helps makers price products profitably by tracking real costs in the moment. Instead of messy spreadsheets, you log materials by scanning receipts or selecting from a saved inventory, then attach time spent with a simple timer per project. The app calculates true unit cost (materials, labor, overhead), suggests a price range based on your target margin, and generates a clean cost breakdown you can paste into Etsy/Shopify listings or wholesale line sheets. It also flags “silent losers” (items that feel popular but are unprofitable) and shows which products scale. This is not a generic accounting app: it’s built for small-batch crafts where costs change constantly and labor is the biggest unknown. Expect lightweight bookkeeping, not full finance software.
