CrashGrade

CrashGrade is a mobile + web app that turns generic vehicle safety ratings into a personalized “fit score” based on how and where you drive. It pulls official crash-test data (NHTSA, IIHS where available), then overlays it with your driving context: typical speeds, road types, commute time, weather risk, passenger patterns (kids, highway miles), and vehicle features you care about (AEB, lane-keep, blind-spot, headlight performance). The output is a simple shortlist of safer choices for your specific profile, plus a plain-English explanation of tradeoffs (e.g., great small-overlap crash performance but weak headlights). It also flags rating gaps and model-year changes so users don’t assume a trim or year is equivalent. Monetization is realistic: affiliate leads to dealers/insurers and a small subscription for advanced comparisons and alerts.
