CredBridge
CredBridge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps learners convert open educational resources—MOOCs, OER textbooks, YouTube lectures, and open courseware—into credible, shareable proof of skills. Users pick a skill pathway, import links to what they studied, and complete short, proctored assessments and practical mini-projects. Passing generates a tamper-resistant credential with evidence: rubric-scored work, assessment results, and a public portfolio page. For educators and nonprofits, CredBridge offers lightweight “credential templates” aligned to common frameworks (e.g., data literacy, intro programming) without requiring them to host full courses. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps map resources to outcomes, generate practice questions, and assist human review, but final credentialing relies on controlled assessments and clear rubrics. The product is realistic: it doesn’t pretend to replace degrees; it targets entry-level proof and workforce upskilling.
