Instead of chasing references and HR inboxes, candidates invite past managers or HR to confirm details via one-click forms, with identity checks and audit trails to reduce fraud. For roles where speed matters (hourly, healthcare, logistics, customer support), CrediHire helps staffing teams move faster while lowering bad-hire risk. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI flags inconsistencies (date overlaps, suspicious documents, mismatched licenses) and summarizes verification status, but humans still make the hiring decision. The product is realistic: it doesn’t promise “perfect truth,” only faster, better-documented verification.
