CreditorCall is a mobile + web app that helps people negotiate down credit card, medical, and collections debt without hiring a settlement company. It turns your balances, hardship details, and payment capacity into a realistic negotiation plan: who to call first, what to ask for (APR reduction, fee waivers, payment plans, settlement ranges), and what not to say. The app provides step-by-step call scripts, objection handling, and a simple call log that tracks offers, deadlines, and promised follow-ups. It also generates “hardship packets” (letters + supporting checklist) and reminders so users don’t miss the one thing that ruins deals: failing to follow through. This is not magic—many creditors won’t budge—but it helps users show up prepared, consistent, and organized, which is the difference between getting a concession and getting nowhere.
