Users create “claims” (e.g., led a migration, increased revenue, improved reliability) and attach verifiable artifacts: PR links, Jira tickets, dashboards, meeting notes, code diffs, docs, customer quotes, and peer endorsements. The app then generates role-specific narratives (resume bullets, interview stories, promotion packets) that cite those artifacts and keep a clean chain of evidence. It also flags weak claims (“no proof,” “vanity metric,” “not attributable”) and suggests what to collect next.
