CredPulse is a web app that helps employees build internal influence by turning everyday work into shareable highlights. It connects to tools like Jira, GitHub, Notion/Confluence, and Slack/Teams to detect meaningful contributions—merged PRs, resolved incidents, shipped features, customer wins, docs written, and cross-team help. Using AI, it summarizes these into short, tasteful “impact posts” with context, collaborators credited, and optional metrics. Employees can approve, edit, or schedule posts to internal channels and a personal profile page that colleagues can follow. Managers get a lightweight dashboard to recognize contributions and spot hidden impact across projects without turning it into performance surveillance. The goal is to make good work visible across the org, reduce credit loss in matrixed teams, and create a healthier recognition loop than ad-hoc shoutouts.
