CredSweep is a web app with optional mobile companion that helps homeland security-adjacent organizations continuously verify access credentials and compliance status across employees, contractors, and vendors. It connects to existing badging/physical access control systems and HR/vendor rosters, then runs scheduled audits to flag expired clearances, lapsed training, missing background checks, and mismatched access privileges. The app generates audit-ready reports, sends escalation workflows to supervisors, and maintains an immutable log of who approved what and when. It’s not a magic “stop every threat” tool; it’s a practical reduction of the most common failure mode: outdated access and paperwork drift across multiple systems. The MVP focuses on a narrow set of integrations and clear, defensible reporting so security teams can pass inspections faster and reduce unauthorized access risk without adding headcount.
