CrewBeacon

CrewBeacon is a mobile + web location-based service for small field teams (contractors, event crews, property services) who need lightweight, temporary location visibility without buying a full workforce management suite. Team leads create a job “room,” invite workers via link/SMS, and see live locations, ETAs, and simple status pings (On my way, On site, Done). Geofenced arrival/departure logs are generated automatically for timesheets and client proof, with privacy controls like shift-only tracking, blur radius, and one-tap pause. It’s intentionally narrow: no payroll, no complex scheduling, no enterprise admin overhead. The goal is to replace messy group chats and constant “where are you?” calls with a single map and a clean activity timeline that can be exported for invoices or disputes.
